Brig Barker

Mr. Brig Barker retired after 21 years as a counterterrorism agent with the FBI. During his career he spent the majority of his time on a Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) with extensive overseas deployments. He originally spent five years working as a case agent on a JTTF where he was a SWAT operator and FBI certified sniper.
Further, Mr. Barker was a JTTF Squad Supervisor and Counterterrorism Program Coordinator in two separate FBI divisions. In addition, Mr. Barker was selected and served as the embedded Senior FBI Advisor at DOD Special Operations Command. During his career with the FBI, he conducted numerous Counterterrorism deployments throughout Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the U.K. In 2015, he completed a deployment to Tunisia. Mr. Barker further deployed to Nairobi, Kenya and Kampala, Uganda in 1998 as part of the Embassy Bombings investigation, as well as to Cairo, Egypt immediately after the attacks on 9/11/2001. In 2006, Mr. Barker opened the Freetown, Sierra Leone LEGAT office to lead the FBI's Blood Diamond investigation. Further, he spent two years as a full time interrogation and counterterrorism instructor at the FBI Academy teaching both New Agents and the National Academy (FBINA).

Bob D worked for 25 years as an undercover Operations Officer for the CIA. He has deep operational experience in the U.S., Europe, Central America, South America and the Middle East. Bob has successfully worked against foreign terrorist groups such as The Islamic State, Al-Qaida, Hezbollah, Sendero Luminoso, Tupac Amaru Revolutionary Movement, the Japanese Red Army, and the Palestine Liberation Organization. In addition, Bob has extensive experience in working against Iranian state sponsored terrorism, and government of Iran intelligence and procurement operations worldwide.
Cal Jones


Chief Operations Officer
Cal Jones retired from the FBI after 23 years as a federal agent. During his career, he worked a variety of criminal and national security matters, to include responding to New York City following the events of 9/11 where he assisted in investigation and recovery efforts; an assignment with the FBI San Diego Violent Crimes Task Force; and ten plus years working on and in support of Joint Terrorism Task Forces. Additionally, Cal deployed with the FBI to Afghanistan in 2008 where he acted as an instructor and mentor to DoD and host nation police personnel in detainee biometrics collection, and received the ISAF Commander’s Award for his efforts. Cal also deployed to the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany and Bahrain in support of FBI overseas operations and investigations. From 2015-2020, Cal was an FBI Assistant Legal Attaché assigned to the US Embassies in Ottawa, Canada and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he worked as a FBI senior representative to host nation and country team partners. While deployed to Saudi, Arabia, Cal worked closely with the Saudi Mabahith and USIC partners in furtherance of the 2019 Naval Air Station Pensacola shooting investigation. Cal was an FBI certified SWAT operator and sniper for eight years, during which time he served as assistant team leader and sniper team leader.

Sharna is a retired FBI agent with 20+ years as an investigator. Her focus was organized crime, counterterrorism, and violent crimes. After retirement, Sharna was the Director of Global Investigations for an international corporation. Sharna focuses on complex investigations to include that of financial fraud. Sharna holds a B.S. in Natural Sciences Management and Policy.
